I read all the complaints from ppl on Voro, I thought to myself, no one could be that bad, I was wrong.
If you want to dictate policy, it needs to be clear and concise and listed on the site. Perhaps the reason its not, is that it would deter legitimate buyers from going through this hassle to purchase anything. Regardless, very poor business practice and customer service. I canceled the order and will not be doing business with this place, ever. When someone is spending that magnitude of money, they should be treated far better.

Bought cruiser and stop working after 4 use. Had to pay for new motor even though scooter under warranty. New motor did not fix issue, they refuse to refund or return. Do not purchase your scooter from there. They will send you a faulty product and then keep charging you shipping for replacement parts even under warranty. Then they will promise to replace your scooter but just repair the broken one they sent you in the first place and charge you repair fees.
Find a job you like and you add five days to every week. Some smart people, but not a lot to mention here. They do make an effort to provide decent benefits, but mainly so they can remind you how good you have it. I know because hiboy sold me a model that was wired wrong fried and just kept saying they would send me parts. Not only that but i opened a dispute that through both email and an actual call from china asked me to drop with no effort still on thier part. Spoiler alert, it went flat again a few weeks later. I purchased my Emove Cruiser in Nov 2021 online from the shop in LA. Missing screws, loose screws, wires too short which would disconnect.
I took it back to shop, they called me a few days later to say they have more experienced battery techs now and indeed have confirmed the battery has failed. The rear wheel went flat and after finding no leaks, a local, well respected scooter shop told me the wheel was rubbing against the rim and causing it to deflate. I took it to Brooklyn, informed them of the issue. However, the tire was flat and has no leaks.
